How Space Is Allocated

  1. Space requests answered within 1 business day (normally)
  2. Space is contractually blocked and allocated to us for the term of the agreement — not spot cargo taken at the going rate
  3. Space guaranteed as agreed once confirmed. Rollings are rare; if one occurs we give advance warning and offer alternatives immediately
  4. Heavy cargo（per container 14 t and over/20GP）against a weight quota，to be declared in advance
  5. Long-standing customers are prioritised

For Forwarders — Seven Questions

We do not deal with shippers directly. We work with forwarders only.

1. Will the space materialise? Space is contractually blocked and allocated to us for the term of the agreement. Requests answered within 1 business day (normally).
2. Rate basis USD per container; 20'GP and 40'HC quoted side by side
3. Documentation Our house B/L; we can also accommodate your own house B/L
4. Rollings / omissions / delays Rare. If one occurs, advance warning and alternatives offered immediately.
5. Destination charges Confirmed in advance, per port, with no re-billing
6. Special cargo Heavy cargo against a weight quota; dangerous goods on request
